This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Action Figure Graveyard is a comic that is already over, essentially. It ran for about 2 years spawning 48 full-page comics. We had our own site, got a modest amount of hits, and things were fine. Then we got put on Digg.
Ordinarily this is a good thing, as it means widespread exposure for your work. Unfortunately, my webhost did not see it that way. When I signed up for the site I thought I had unlimited bandwidth. I specifically searched for providers based on that condition. So I thought, for years, that I did actually have unlimited bandwidth, when in fact I had the OPPOSITE of "unlimited", also known as "limited."
The site was taken down, and the only way to put it back up was to pay a rather hefty monthly sum for a higher bandwidth package. Annual revenue from the comic was a robust $0, so that wasn't going to happen. I agreed to take down the comic, the source of the traffic, in exchange for keeping my site and paying the same amount I was before.
So I'm creating an archive on this site where fans of the comic can see old episodes again, and perhaps where new viewers can gradually StumbleUpon the fruits of our labor.
There is no "rest of them." These 48 episodes are it. We will someday make a final episode to conclude the series but what's already here is all of AFG as it currently exists.
We're not working on anything together at the moment. House is in law school so he's busy all the time. As for myself I'm a professional cg animator so I'm technically always doing SOMETHING artistic. But I'd expect my future endeavors to be short films rather than comics.
